out of concern for the health, safety, and comfort of our employees, as well as our clients and business partners, we have introduced remote work at both our offices, in Warsaw and in Kraków.
We keep monitoring the situation and actively respond to any official announcements and regulations of the Ministry of Health, Chief Sanitary Inspectorate, ECDC, WHO, and both the WPP holding and the VMLY&R network. We have treated the recommendations with all due seriousness, hence the decision about implementing remote work. From the very moment the epidemiological threat caused by COVID-19 was announced, the protection of the health of those we work with on a daily basis has been our utmost priority.
At the same time, we are well prepared for the current situation both in terms of technology and organisation, as well as resources. All the necessary tools have been made available to the employees in our cloud architecture. The entire infrastructure has been tested and is prepared for remote work. Meetings with clients and working groups are carried out using tele- and video-conferences, and our daily project work continues without interruption.
Thanks to the actions we have taken, we can carry out projects on an ongoing basis, and keep the process of communication and cooperation with our clients and business partners at the highest level, as per usual manner. Additionally, leaders of individual teams will stay in touch with our clients in order to properly and actively adjust the work model to the current conditions and needs.
